DocuTech Wins California Mortgage Bank Account DocuTech Corp., a publisher of compliance software for the mortgage industry, revealed Tuesday that wholesale mortgage bank Parkside Lending is using a DocuTech application to reduce the time and cost associated with processing loan files. DocuTech said Parkside Lending chose its ConformX solution because it was simpler to use than competing applications. DocuTech said it customized ConformX to import data directly from Parkside's in-house loan origination system into automated loan documents and disclosures. Founded in 1991, DocuTech is headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Parkside Lending is based in San Francisco and primarily serves Northern California. posted on Tuesday, July 15, 2008
