ClearOne Names Fletcher Sales VP ClearOne Communications Inc., a Salt Lake City, Utah-based provider of audio conferencing systems and related software, reported Tuesday that it has hired Mark Allen Fletcher as vice president of worldwide sales. Fletcher, who ClearOne said boasts more than 20 years of experience in the audio-visual and communications industries, will report directly to Zee Hakimoglu, ClearOne’s president, chief executive officer and chairperson. Prior to joining ClearOne, Fletcher held senior management roles with Tandberg, Samsys Technologies and Blue Water Communications. At Tandberg, ClearOne noted, he guided the company’s sales and marketing efforts for the Eastern United States and helped land partner contracts with SBC Communications, Verizon and Northrop Grumman. posted on Tuesday, July 8, 2008
