    Mocapay Names New CEO

Mocapay, a provider of mobile marketing and payment services, reported Tuesday that it has appointed Kevin Grieve as chief executive officer. Grieve, the Boulder, Colo.-based company said, succeeds founder and former CEO Rod Stambaugh, who will remain with the company as chief strategy officer and board member. Mocapay said Grieve, as CEO, will focus on developing and delivering a marketing strategy for Mocapay’s Mobile Marketing and Payments Platform, which allows consumers to use a mobile phone and any form of tender to securely transact at a point-of-sale device. Grieve will also supervise Mocapay's relationships with credit issuers, retailers, wireless carriers and merchant acquirers, the company noted.
