    Indigio Merges With Bridgeline Software
    Denver-based Indigio, a providing web application development, web design, and other services, has been acquired by Bridgeline Software, a Boston-based software developer, Bridgeline announced Tuesday. Bridgeline said that it paid $6M for Indigio, made up of $600,000 in cash, $2.1M in earnout, plus 1,127,810 shares of Bridgeline Software's common stock. According to Bridgeline, Indigio had annual sales of approximately $6M per year, and was profitable. Indigio provides web development, search engine optimization, and web design services to ccompanies such as Budget Truck, AVIS, PODS, Media News, Disaboom, McClatchy, and a number of other customers. Bridgeline is a developer of web application and content management software.
