    IQNavigator Sold To Private Equity Firm

    Denver, Colorado-based IQNavigator, a developer of software for managing outsourced labor, has been sold to private equity firm GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC, and the management of IQNavigator. Baker Capital, a private equity firm which owns 40 percent of IQNavigator, said that it and other existing shareholders of IQNavigator sold its interest in the firm, but did not disclose financial terms of the deal. Other prior investors in IQNavigator include The Hillman Company, Sequel Venture Partners, and Raeder Venture Fund.
