    Iron Mountain Acquires Denver-based DocuVault

    Iron Mountain Inc., a Boston-based provider of data protection and storage software and related services, announced Monday that it has acquired DocuVault, a records management and disposal services provider headquartered in Denver. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Iron Mountain described DocuVault as the largest privately owned records management and information destruction company in Colorado. The company specializes in records storage, secure shredding and data backup services. Iron Mountain provides information archiving, backup, and related services.
