    Webroot Taps Mailshell for Email Reputation Services

    Boulder, Colorado-based Webroot, a provider of anti-spyware and other security software, said this morning that it has integrated Mailshell's LiveFeed reputation service. The technology and service is used for spam filtering and security. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, however, Webroot said it has licensed Mailsheel for its Webroot E-Mail Security Saas product, and also for its other product lines. Mailshell's products use statistical analysis to gauge trust of email senders.
