DirectPointe Debuts Home Computer Care Service

Managed IT services provider DirectPointe revealed Tuesday that it has officially launched its home computer care service, DirectPointe Home. The Internet-based service, which was previously available as iTok, a company DirectPointe acquired in December 2007, provides personal computer users with virus protection, online security, data backup and technical support in exchange for a monthly fee. DirectPointe said Home will be offered at three service levels: PC Care, On-Demand and Total PC. DirectPointe is based in Lindon, Utah.
