Omniture Sells Solution to Australian Bank
Omniture Inc., a publisher of online business optimization software, revealed Monday that an Australian banking and financial services organization, Bank of Western Australia, has selected an Omniture application for its Web analytics needs. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Omniture said BankWest is using its SiteCatalyst tool to measure visitor response to Web site promotions and content. This, Omniture explained, will allow BankWest to hone its online marketing initiatives while providing a more relevant experience for its Web customers. Omniture is headquartered in Orem, Utah. BankWest, formerly known as Bank of Western Australia, is based in Sydney.
