    Limelight Signs Dailymotion

    Digital media content delivery network Limelight Networks revealed Wednesday that it will be the exclusive CDN provider for all 17 country-specific online portals of video-sharing site Dailymotion. The financial impact of the deal was not reported. Based in London, Dailymotion delivers localized video content to more than 37 million unique users worldwide. Dailymotion's online service allows users to upload and share their own videos. Tempe, Arizona-based Limelight Networks is a content delivery network provider, and counts Facebook, FOXNews.com, MSNBC.com, Microsoft'x Xbox LIVE and Sony's PlayStation 3 as customers.
