    SkyeTek Rolls New RFID Reader

    Westminster, Colorado-based SkyeTek announced Tuesday evening that it has released a new RFID reader mobile. The firm said that its new M4 HF SkyeModule provides features commonly found in high-priced RFID readers, but at a lower price. The firm said that the new module supports contactless payment applications, and also includes a developer kit for developing and testing RFID readers. SkyeTek is a developer of RFID readers and products, and is venture backed by Grotech Capital Group, TD Fund, Appian Ventures, Sequel Venture Partners, and Palomar Ventures. The firm recently raised $10M in a Series C funding in July.
