    Fluensee Debuts Automated Asset-Tracking Tool

    Fluensee Inc. has unveiled AssetTrack Express, a radio frequency identification "starter kit" for automated asset tracking, the company announced today. In addition to a starting price of less than $10,000, AssetTrack Express is an out-of-the-box RFID device that can be installed and operational within a day. The standard AssetTrack Express kit consists of Fluensee's asset-tracking software, a handheld RFID reader, up to 250 assorted RFID tags and a quick-setup guide. Custom kit upgrades are available for an additional cost. Fluensee, which specializes in manufacturing RFID-enabled asset-tracking equipment, is a privately held company headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. The firm is backed by DFJ Mercury Venture Partners and IllinoisVENTURES.
