    IP Commerce Adds Windows Vista SDK
    Denver, Colorado-based IP Commerce, a provider of software for payment services, announced Monday that it has rolled out a version of its software development kit that supports Windows Vista. IP Commerce provides software that interfaces with payment service providers, allowing e-commerce developers to write an interfaces to payment service without having to re-code for all of the many payment servicing APIs in the market.
