    Overstock.com Adds Board Member

    Salt Lake City, Utah-based Overstock.com said this afternoon that it has appointed Barclay (Clay) F. Corbus to the firm's board of directors. Corbus is Co-Chief Executive Officer of WR Hambrecht + Co, an investment bank. WR Hambrecht + Co was one of the underwriter's of Overstock's IPO. Overstock is an online retailer of discount and close out merchandise.
