    ContentWatch Buys Net Nanny

    Salt Lake City, Utah-based ContentWatch, a developer of parental control software, said Tuesday afternoon that it has acquired Net Nanny, software used for Internet filtering by parents, from LookSmart Ltd. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. ContentWatch will acquire all of the assets of Net Nanny from LookSmart, and adopt the Net Nanny brand for its consumer offerings. ContentWatch also said it anticipates that it will add new employees as needed at its headquarters in Salt Lake City, for customer support and further development of Net Nanny.
