    Linux Networx Rolls Out New Systems

    Salt Lake City, Utah-based Linux Networx has rolled out a new line of Linux-based supercomputing platforms, announcing today that its new LS Series Performance Tuned Linux Supersystems. The new systems are targeted for use in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), crash/impact analysis and structural analysis applications, and are specifically performance tuned to ABAQUS, ANSYS Standard and LS-Dyna, three specialty software applications in those areas. Linux Networx delivers pre-packaged, Linux-based clustered computing systems, used for massively parallel processing applications.
