MapQuest Betas New Route Finding Tool

Denver, Colorado-based MapQuest has rolled out a beta of a new, multiple-stop route finding tool, the company said this morning. The new tool allows users to map out a journey, including multiple destination stops in between, in a single step. The new tool allows users to map up to 10 different locations along a route, and also has controls to avoid highways or toll roads. The feature is a significant advancement from most online tools, which currently only allow for a single destination. The new MapQuest tool also allows users to re-order stops, and automatically recalculates driving directions. MapQuest is a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL.
