    Private Equity Firm Buys Digital Technology International

    New York-based private equity firm Riverside is buying Springville, Utah-based Digital Technology International (DTI). Riverside said that it is acquiring the firm, which develops newspaper publishing software. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. DTI develops printing, layout, and network systems for editorial and advertising in the newspaper industry. U.S. Bank National Association provided debt financing for the acquisition.
