Online movie rental service Netflix Inc. revealed Wednesday that it has begun offering Web-based streaming of movies from premium movie service provider Starz Entertainment LLC. Netflix said the streamed movies will be available at its Web site, Netflix.com, as part of its "Starz Play" broadband subscription movie service. Access to the service, Netflix explained, will be included with Netflix members' current monthly subscription fee. Netflix said the deal will ultimately include full and unlimited access to some 2,500 movies; for now, customers can browse the first wave of Starz titles, which number about 1,000. Netflix is headquartered in Los Gatos, Calif. Starz is based in Englewood, Colo.
