Denver-based video advertising company SpotXchange said this morning that it has tied with ad fraud protection company DoubleVerify, to reduce the chance of video ad fraud on its ad network. According to SpotXchange, the deal will help eliminate non-human traffic and help combat fraudulent traffic on its network. Financial details of the strategic partnership were not disclosed. Ad fraud is a big issue for all online advertisers, who often are forced to pay for ads displayed to Internet robots and click fraud schemes. SpotXchange is led by Mike Shehan.
