Boulder-based tape storage manufacturer Spectra Logic has staved off a lawsuit from competitor Overland Storage, the firm said today. Spectra Logic said the San Diego Court has ruled favorably on its Motion to Stay a patent lawsuit filed by Overland. Spectra Logic said the move came pending outcome of similar proceedings with the International Trade Commission (ITC).
