Phoenix, Arizona-based Sparkplug said today that it has acquired Renaissance Networking, inc. (RNi), a Tempe, Arizona-based provider of wireless business broadband services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. RNi provides points of presence in over 250 buildings throughout the Phoenix area. Sparkplug provides wireless broadband in Illinois, Arizona, Iowa, Tennessee, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado and California.
