Sirenza Expands German Facilities
Broomfield, Colorado-based Sirenza Microdevices said this week that it has expanded its manufacturing capabilities at its Nuremberg, Germany facility. The firm, which supplies radio frequency (RF) components used in the communications market, said that the expansion comes to support growing demand for the company's RF power amplifier modules. The company said that the growth in demand comes from cable TV and other applications. Sirenza's amplifiers are used in cable TV transmission and reception equipment.
