Matt Galligan, the founder and Chief Strategy Officer of SimpleGeo, the geolocation data firm started out of Boulder-based TechStars, is leaving the firm, Galligan revealed on both his personal blog and on the company's official blog site Monday afternoon. Galligan said he is officially stepping down from day-to-day duties at the firm, and will no longer be employed by the firm. Reason for the departure was not given.
