Denver-based Secondary Interactive, a developer of mortgage pipeline risk management software and services, has scored an investment from private equity firm Serent Capital, via its parent firm, Optimal Blue. Serent Capital said the deal specifically included Secondary Interactive. Optical Blue said it was advised by Milestone Advisors LLC in the deal. More information »
