Denver-based Rivet Software said late Monday that it is in a "sweeping" strategic restructuring of the company, as the firm looks to recover from the death of its founder, Michael Rohan. Rohan passed away suddenly on July 12th. According to the company, Madeline Rohan has been appointed CEO of the company, and also has set Scott Calvert as Chief Revenue Officer, Chris Hoar as Chief visionary Officer, and Jordan Woodard as Director of XBRL Business Development. Rivet Software develops products used by companies for managing SEC compliance and XBRL filings. Rivet Software did not say how the restructuring effort would impact employees at the company.
