Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow announced its first quarter results yesterday, saying that it had a net loss of $440,000 on revenues of $24.6M. The firm said that its revenue was a 34 percent increase from Q1 of 2005, and that it added 97 new customers in the quarter. The firm also said that it anticipates revenues between $115 and $120M for the year. RightNow Technologies develops customer relationship management tools used by companies to manage their support organizations.
