RightNow Unveils Latest Enterprise-Class CRM
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies, the developer of consumer relationship management software-as-a-service applications, revealed Tuesday that it has released the latest version of its enterprise-class, on-demand customer service solution, RightNow 8.1. The company said this version's key new feature is the inclusion of RightNow Connect, a standards-based, service-oriented architecture integration framework that helps connect the CRM with external applications. RightNow added that the upgraded CRM now includes support for 21 languages and dialects.
