Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies, a developer of software-as-a-service for customer relationship management, reported this week that it has added Steve Singh, CEO and Chairman of Concur, to its board of directors. Singh has also previously worked at Symantec. Singh has been chairman of the board of Concur for over ten years, in addition to his role as CEO.
