RightNow Signs Specialized
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationship management software, said today that bicycle manufacturer Specialized is using the firm's RightNOW CX software. No details on the impact of the win were announced, however, RightNow said that Specialized is providing web support and social support to its customers using the product. RightNow said the use includes monitoring blogs, Twitter, and Facebook and responding to customers using the tool.
