RightNow Signs Shure
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationship management and support software-as-a-service, disclosed today that it has signed on microphone maker Shure as a customer. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. RightNow said Shure is using its RightNow CX product for managing its customer support and relationships, including customer support from its Facebook page, mobile phones, and the web.
