Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies has added another customer to its hosted customer relationship management service, saying today that Proctor & Gamble will use it for managing customer experience across many of its brands. P&G will use RightNow to provide web self-service, email, and chat support. Brands that will use RightNow include CoverGirl, Crest, Downy, Folgers, Iams, Olay, Pampers, Pantene, Thermacare and Tide. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Rightnow provides hosted, software-as-a-service for customer relationship management.
