Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow has scored a win with Navy Federal, a credit union that serves the Navy's military and civilian personnel. RightNow said that Navy Federal is deploying the company's customer service software to respond to email messages from its 2.6 million members. RightNow said that Navy Federal is using RightNow's technology for routing email messages to different departments, and to automatically answer emails without human intervention. Navy Federal is using the firm's software as an internal installation. RightNow is a provider of customer relationships management applications.
