RightNow Revs CRM Software
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies said Tuesday that it has released the latest version of the firm's customer relationship management software. RightNow said that the release, RightNow 8.2, adds new customer feedback analysis; automatic generation of Sitemaps for search engines; call routing; and new chat features. The company also said it has added new email features to prevent companies from spamming their customers. RightNow's products are used by companies to manage their customer service operations.
