Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software-as-a-service, reports today that it has named Wayne Huyard as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Huyard has been at the firm since July, and previously has served at MCI, WorldCom, and Verizon. According to RightNow, its former COO, Susan Carstensen, transitions to become Senior Vice President, Customer Experience. RightNow is a provider of software-as-a-service tools used for customer support and interaction.
