Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies, a developer of customer relationship management software-as-a-service, revealed Monday that Sony Online Entertainment LLC is using RightNow's on-demand CRM solution to solve customer support-related issues. RightNow did not disclose financial impact of the deal. RightNow explained that its CRM application is helping the video game developer address the needs of its customers regardless of how they contact the company, including via e-mail, its Web site, chat or telephone. Sony Online is also using RightNow's Web-based utility to serve its international customersóRightNow said Sony Online's custom application includes French, German, Japanese and Russian-language interfaces.
