Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, a developer of customer relationship management software-as-a-service, said today that it has released the latest version of its RightNow CX product, specifically focused on the social web. RightNow said its RightNow CX February 10 product includes new social functionality, including a new knowledge base which allows organizations to link to consumer-generated content, along with allowing users to rate and review answers in that knowledge base; software which scans and monitors conversations in RightNow communities to help companies respond to posts; along with cloud monitoring of blogs and web sites for mentions of companies and products. RightNow said it will also be adding monitoring of MySpace and Facebook pages later this year.
