Mesa, Arizona-based RF Code, a provider of RFID asset tracking software, has appointed a new president and CEO. The firm said this week that Joseph Dugan has been appointed to the position. Dugan was most recently at NexgenIX, a supply chain and RFID solutions company, and also served as Chairman and CEO of Vizional Technologies. Dugan has also served at Oracle and Northrup Grumman.
