Colorado Springs-based memory maker Ramtron has rejected the revised, hostile takeover attempt by Cypress Semiconductor this morning, saying that the unsolicited tender offer is "inadequate". Cypress offered to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Ramtron at a price of $2.88 per share in cash, above an earlier, $2.48 per share offer for the company.
