Boulder-based Rally Software, the developer of Agile software development tools headed by Tim Miller, said this morning that it has acquired Agile Advantage, a company that helps organizations maximize the financial return of Agile software development projects. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Rally said the acquisition will add integrated schedule and cost measurement to its Rally Portfolio Manager product.
