Japanese e-commerce giant Rakuten is bragging today that it is seeing "triple digit growth" at MediaForge, the online ad retargeting and display advertising technology developer it acquired a year ago. Rakuten did not disclose actual financials, but said the growth came from international expansion and strong client results. Rakuten said that MediaForge recently opened up offices in Brazil, Japan, the U.K., and Australia. Rakuten has been bragging about growth at MediaForge ever since it acquired the company last year. MediaForge is run by Tony Zito, who had also headed MediaForge before its acquisition by Rakuten last year.
