Denver, Colorado-based Qwest Communications has signed a new customer in Pennsylvania, C&D Technologies. The firm said this week that it has signed a new three-year agreement with the maker of electrical power storage and conversion systems, to provide its iq Networking service. The MPLS service includes remote access, dedicated local and long distance, and integrated management for voice and data.
