Denver, Colorado-based Qwest Communications and Microsoft are partnering to deliver a co-branded, internet service, the companies announced today. Qwest and Microsoft said they are expanding their current relationship for MSN, and will roll out a custom, co-branded Windows Live service for customers. The new service will include automated anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall security and PC care services, a customized home page, and email and instant messaging services. Windows Live is Microsoft's new set of web services, including mapping, email, personalized home pages, news, and other portal services. Microsoft's Windows Live goes up against similiar features from Google and Yahoo.
