Qualtrics Rolls Out New Product
Provo, Utah-based Qualtrics has rolled out a new product this morning, focused on helping organizations collect and analyze customer feedback. Qualtrics said its new Qualtrics Vocalize make it easy to collect what customers are thinking, communicate that feedback to internal stakeholders in companies, and take action on that feedback. Pricing on the new product was not announced. Quatrics said that such customers as HireVue and JetBlue are using the new product. The company said the new tool pulls data from social media, mobile devices, email, web, phone and text to help analyze trends and issues based on role, department, location, and urgency.
