Provo, Utah-based Qualtrics, the venture backed developer of enterprise data collection and analysis tools, said today that it has launched a new, online marketing and research tool. The company--which is flying high after a massive, $70M funding round from Accel Partners and Sequoia Capital earlier this year--said the new tool is an expansion to its product line, allowing brands to alter website content on the fly to serve up custom content, gather vistor feedback, and help with conversions. Qualtrics said the new tool uses time of day, geo-location, visit history, and shopping cart content to let brands display custom messages, promotions, contents, and surveys to customers, without having to tap into IT departments. Pricing on the new product was not announced. Qualtrics is headed by Ryan Smith. Qualtrics' May funding round was among the largest venture fundings ever received by a local company.
