Denver-based Ping Identity, a developer of single-sign on software, announced Tuesday that the company has joined an industry group focused on cloud computing security. Ping said it will join as part of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), a group of vendors focused on industry best practices. the firm said it will become part of the CSA's Advisory Council, with Ping Identity's CTO, Patrick Harding, serving as a member. Other firms involved in the effort are PGP, Qualys, and Zscaler, among others.
