Parvus Launches New Rugged Computer Systems
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Parvus is launching a new line of rugged computing products next week at the Embedded Systems Conference. The firm said today that it will launch a rugged mobile access router, computer processing, monitor, and multi-function displays at the show. The firm's new mobile access router provides IP routing based on Cisco Systems IOS, designed to handle military, aerospace, and rail transit environments. The firm is also launching new embedded computers and displays that are targeted at handling the shock, vibration, humidity, and extreme temperatures, such as those that are found on military vehicles and aircraft.
