Phoenix-based semiconductor maker ON Semiconductor said this morning that it has named bernard Gutmann as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Gutmann replaces former CFO Donald Colvin, who the firm already had announced would be resigning. Gutmann has been at ON Semiconductor for thirteen years, and also served at ON's SANYO Semiconductor division.
