Omniture Sets Terms Of IPO
Orem, Utah-based web analytics provider Omniture has set the terms of its IPO, saying this morning that it will offer 10.7 million shares of stock on the Nasdaq as OMTR. The company said that it anticipates the offering price will be between $7.50 and $9.00 per share. The offering is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, and JPMorgan. Omniture has raised more than $54.5M in funding from Attractor, BA Venture Partners, and Hummer Winblad Venture Partners.
