Orem, Utah-based Omniture has been providing its services to U.S. Auto Parts Network, a provider of automotive supplies, in an effort that also included email marketing provider Experian CheetahMail. Experian and Omniture said they have been providing remarketing to USAP, sending automatically triggered messages to the auto site's customers reminding them about products still in thier online shopping carts. The firms claim the effort is providing revenue-per-email and transaction rates that are 50 times higher than standard promotional e-mail campaigns for the auto site. Omniture, a provider of web analytics software, said USAP is using both its SiteCatalyst and Genesis products.
